《老人與海》不是公版著作

頃接獲根據古騰堡計畫基金會執行長(CEO of the Project Gutenberg Literary Archive Foundation, PGLAF)克雷格‧紐比(Greg Newby)博士的來函，指出《老人與海》不是公版著作。

I don't know how this happened. This is NOT ok, do NOT
post it!!!!

I must have cleared it by mistake. We had over a dozen
submissions for this same title. It is most assuredly not
public domain in the US.

Someone already grabbed it from the spoll directory, but
it needs to be removed.
